Challenge
Asia Music is a manufacturing group with 6 distinct business divisions — each with its own brand, audience, and competitive landscape. Marketing was fragmented: each division ran its own campaigns with no coordination, shared resources, or unified analytics. Leadership had no visibility into which divisions were performing and which were burning budget.
Our approach
